Between August 6th, 2020 and August 28th, 2020, suspects attended a camp on Garside Road, Hilton Township. Once at the property suspects broke the lock off of the shed and forced their way into the trailer.
The suspects also stole numerous items before leaving the property valued at approximately $9,000.00.

Crime Stoppers and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry are seeking the public’s assistance for information concerning a theft of commercial fishing nets.
Allegedly, sometime between the 1st and 20th of September, in the late afternoon, between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm, commercial fish operators have had fishing nets and their content stolen from the Whalesback Channel. This is in the area of the North Channel of Lake Huron. A blue and lighter colored boat with a black motor has been observed in the area at the time of the thefts.
The estimated value of the stolen nets and content is $10,000.

Crime Stoppers and the Garden River Anishinabek Police Service are requesting your assistance in identifying suspects involved in an incident of theft.
On Friday, July 3, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. suspects entered the Garden River First Nation Aggregate compound located at 216 Noon Day Dr, Garden River First Nation. Once inside the compound suspects located a Cat Loader 992 and left the compound with the loader. While leaving the compound suspects had to push a barrier out of the way which caused the bucket to separate from the loader. Suspects left the compound toward Boss Lake.
At some time through the night suspects returned the damaged Loader to the compound.

Sometime between Saturday, June 20, 2020, and Monday, June 22, 2020, unknown suspects attended a residence in the Municipality of Huron Shores.
The suspects gained entry by prying the patio doors. Once inside the residence, the suspects entered the garage through the connected mandoor where they stole numerous items.
Stolen from the garage were:
2009 green Yamaha Grizzly ATV with a black/red insignia
2011 green Yamaha Grizzly ATV with a blue/red insignia
Both ATVs have winches, very low mileage, axe holders with axes, chains with chain bolts in the storage compartments, bungee’s attached with steel slings, and Pillar Manufacturing decals on the gas tanks.
Also stolen was a 5hp Briggs and Stratton outboard motor, which was black with a broken white choke lever.

On March 10, 2020, around 4:00 am, two unknown suspects entered Market Mall and proceeded to steal an ATM Machine from Canada Post using a crowbar and a hammer. The ATM Machine contained up to $2,000 at the time of the incident.
The ATM was later located at the intersection of Prentice Avenue and Donna Drive.

Sometime between the evening of April 23 and the morning of April 24th 2020, unknown suspects attended the Batchewana Post Office located on Hwy 563 in Herrick Township.
The suspects gained entry to the post office by burning the lock off of the side door.
Once inside the building the suspects attempted to burn the hinges off of the vault causing extensive damage.
The suspects also stole numerous items prior to leaving the post office.

On April 9, 2020, in the afternoon, two unknown female suspects attended an apartment complex on MacDonald Avenue. While inside the suspects stole a purse from the common area by the elevator.
The purse was later recovered but several of the contents were missing including a Samsung cell phone with a pink case valued at $600.

On April 27, 2020, around 1:30 am, an unknown male suspect gained entry to Arthur’s Funeral Home from the west side of the building. He was caught on camera and can be seen wearing a red and black plaid vest with light coloured jeans. He left the property out the north side of the building.
It is believed that nothing was taken at this time.

The suspects went through both buildings and took several items including two firearms.
The suspects also stole a red 2015 Arctic Cat All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV).

On March 9th, 2020 at approximately 9:20 p.m. an unknown suspect entered Clyde’s convenience store located at 46 Gran Street, Batchewana First Nation, Ontario.
The male suspect demanded the store clerk to put all the twenties in what appeared to be a grey pencil case.
The suspect demanded the money a second time, this time referring that he would use a weapon.
The clerk attended the cash register but before the money could be given, the suspect fled the scene on foot.
Look closely at the video, the suspect was wearing a blue sweater with the logo S&T group on it.

On April 9th, 2020 at approximately 10:20 a.m. an unknown suspect entered Rankin Confectionary located at 450 Frontenac Street, Batchewana First Nation, Ontario.
The male suspect can be seen wandering the store and waits for an opportunity to steal scratch tickets.
Once the employee becomes distracted, the suspect walks behind the counter and takes two bundles of scratch tickets with a value of $300.
The male then exits the store with the tickets.
